HR Employee Advocate

Location: Remote | Compensation: $55/hr - $65/hr | Availability: 10-20 hours per week

As an HR Employee Advocate, you’ll serve as a dedicated advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected. You’ll work remotely, engaging with clients through phone calls and web conferences to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advocate for employees, developing personalized care plans and goals.

  • Create and implement action plans to address workplace issues effectively.

  • Provide guidance on HR best practices and compliance with state and federal laws.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, providing comprehensive case histories and summaries.

  • Conduct regular web conferences to discuss progress and offer ongoing support.

  • Stay updated on HR best practices, legal regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and advocacy.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.

  • Proficient in web conferencing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfort with remote work environments and virtual communication.
